Wafer-Mount 559

Semi-rigid solvent-resistant plastic film with pressure sensitive soluble adhesive layer. Ideal for scribing wafers with vacuum hold down fixturing.

The easiest way to work with wafer mount products is to place the sheet onto a cardboard sheet and use a sharp knife to cut the piece to shape. A sharp blade is preferred. Scissors generally will not be sufficient to cut the sheets. Suggested blades may be found on our webpage: 05027-MB and 05034-MB
