Two vacuum chamber O-rings that are most likely in need of replacement. Black nitrile, diameter of 3-5/8” (90.5mm).
These can be used on the vacuum base, or as the O-ring for the sputter head, carbon fiber head or carbon rod head.
A very small dab of grease such as Apiezon M High Vacuum Grease is suggested for a better vacuum seal.
