SPI Supplies Brand Gold Particles on Carbon Film TEM Test Specimen
This sample consists of discrete gold particles on a featureless carbon support film. The particles range from 2 nm to 9 nm in size; the larger particles are most suitable for high resolution tests. The larger particles may be "necked" together or otherwise agglomerated.
The resolution of a high resolution transmission electron microscope can be evaluated by lattice imaging of the gold, which exhibits particularly strong diffraction in the larger particles.
Sample is supplied on a 3.05 mm 200 mesh copper grid.
Packaging:
Gelatin capsule in a cushioned SPI labelled hinged plastic box.
