Quartz Coverslips
SPI Supplies offers several high quality quartz coverslip products.
Quartz is far more difficult to polish to such thin thicknesses and tolerances and at the same time maintain the parallelism needed between the two parallel faces.
SPI Supplies offers both round and square coverslips with #0, #1 and #2 thicknesses. We do not really offer a #1.5 thickness as the range for our #1 thickness can overlap with the #1.5.

Most of the products offered here are produced from GE124 material although we do offer an electrically fused quartz coverslip (01049-AB) as a lower cost option.
Make sure you select the correct cover glass thickness for your microscope objective.
